Starting out as a pastor can be
ISOLATING, CONFUSING, & OVERWHELMING.
Pastoral ministry is a joyful and wonderful calling, filled with opportunities to shepherd God’s people and advance His kingdom. But let’s be honest, it’s not always easy.
Balancing spiritual health and family life while managing things like membership classes, budgets, deacons meetings, community engagement, and mission partnerships can be challenging.
And the truth is, no one should be expected to figure it all out alone.

Blueprint is a
STRUCTURED & RELATIONAL
training and networking program for new and aspiring pastors.
Learn from seasoned local pastors.
Gain a deeper understanding of your region.
Get connected to local and regional resources.
Cultivate relationships with other rising pastors.
Develop practical ministry strategies for your local context.

WE’RE COMMITTED TO HELPING YOU THRIVE IN MINISTRY.
Blueprint is led by local Directional Teams composed of seasoned pastors and ministry leaders with years of experience serving faithfully in the local church.
Many new pastors begin ministry feeling ill-equipped and lacking meaningful relationships. To meet this need, Blueprint's leadership teams have developed a model designed to provide clarity, support, and practical guidance during the early years of pastoring.
The goal is to see pastors grow into effective shepherds of their local churches—for the sake of gospel advancement across the state.

THE BLUEPRINT MODEL
Our training and networking model is designed for you—offering a structured, relational approach to help you create a Blueprint for effective ministry in your local context.
Complete two 10-month certificate tracks designed to equip you for faithful ministry. The tracks can be taken in any order, providing flexibility for your growth and development. Each month covers a key topic for new and aspiring pastors focused on The Life of the Pastor, Pastoring A Compelling Church and Pastoring A Sent Church.
Track One is built around monthly cohort gatherings that include biblical teaching, pastoral coaching, group discussion, and leadership development in the local church. This track is designed to strengthen foundational convictions and practical skills while fostering meaningful relationships among residents and leaders.
Track Two follows a book study model. Residents read a selected book each month, then participate in a curated and structured gathering facilitated by a seasoned pastor. This format encourages peer-to-peer learning and theological reflection while continuing to emphasize the importance of developing leaders within the local church.
